Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) is a superhero action-adventure from Marvel Studios and the fourth solo outing for Tom Holland’s web-slinger, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. Four years after the events of No Way Home, Peter Parker lives completely alone in New York. Doctor Strange’s spell worked — the whole world, including MJ (Zendaya) and Ned (Jacob Batalon), has forgotten that Peter Parker exists, and he has chosen to keep it that way.

With no family, no friends and no name, Peter has surrendered his life entirely to being Spider-Man. He patrols the streets full-time, stopping everyday crimes and protecting a city that sees him only as a masked mystery. Yet the loneliness weighs on him, especially when he crosses paths with MJ and Ned, who are happily moving on with lives that no longer have any place for him.

Just as Peter struggles to accept his invisible life, a strange and powerful new threat begins to surface in the city — a villain that no one can even see. At the same time, something inside Peter starts to change in ways he cannot explain or control. Pushed to his limits and joined by unexpected allies, he must face a danger that seems connected to the very transformation taking hold of him, with Sadie Sink appearing in a pivotal new role.

More emotional and street-level than its multiverse predecessor, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is a story of sacrifice, identity and starting over. It asks what remains of a hero when nobody remembers his name, and delivers spectacular action alongside the most personal chapter of Peter Parker’s journey so far — a brand new day in every sense. It is a fresh start that honours everything fans have loved about the character while daring to take him somewhere entirely new.
