A family seeking peace at a remote getaway finds anything but rest when an ancient evil is awakened once again. Drawn together by loss and hoping to reconnect, they travel far from the city, unaware that the house and the woods around it hide a terrifying history. When the words of the Necronomicon are spoken, the Deadites return with horrifying hunger.

Souheila Yacoub leads a desperate fight for survival as possession spreads and loved ones turn into something unrecognisable. The evil does not simply attack the body; it taunts, deceives and uses familiar voices to break the family’s trust. Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan and Luciane Buchanan bring emotional weight to a nightmare where every room can become a trap and every shadow can whisper your name. Cut off from help, the family must improvise weapons from whatever they can find around the isolated property.

As a standalone chapter in the Evil Dead saga, the film honours the franchise’s savage energy while carving its own brutal path. Practical gore, relentless pacing and a scorching sense of dread keep the horror close and personal. Fire becomes both a weapon and a symbol in a battle where escape demands terrible sacrifices and quick, merciless choices. The director keeps the camera close to the terror, letting grief and guilt fuel every confrontation with the relentless Deadite evil.

Evil Dead Burn is a ferocious supernatural horror story about family, grief and the evil that feeds on both. It offers no safe answers, only the fight to survive until morning against an enemy that never truly dies. Fans will find the chainsaw spirit alive and screaming, in a chapter that burns its way into the series’ darkest traditions.
