He lives under a false name in a quiet coastal town, repairing boats and avoiding questions, but the man everyone calls Leader once served as an undercover operative for Indian intelligence. When a series of smuggling incidents along the coast matches the signature of a network he once infiltrated, his old handlers arrive with an unwelcome request.

A crime syndicate with terror links is moving weapons and money through fishing routes and shell companies, protected by corrupt officials. The operation is patient and professional, using ordinary fishermen, wedding convoys and warehouse paperwork as camouflage, which is exactly why only someone who once lived inside that world can walk back in without being noticed by its watchful, ruthless gatekeepers. Leader agrees to return for one mission, re-entering the network under his old cover while a sharp intelligence analyst tracks the operation from headquarters and a local police officer grows suspicious of the quiet boat mechanic.

Every step inside the syndicate raises the stakes. A face from his past threatens to expose him, an ambush turns a routine delivery into a chase across harbours and highways, and the network’s leadership begins hunting for the leak within its own ranks. Leader must protect his cover, his town and the few people who know his truth.

Leader is a slick spy action drama built around large-scale set pieces, undercover tension and patriotic emotion. Legend Saravanan headlines the mission, with Shaam, Andrea Jeremiah, Santhosh Prathap and Payal Rajput strengthening the ensemble. Packed with twists and high-voltage action, the film follows a man who leads from the shadows so others can live in peace. Its harbour nights, coded messages and shifting loyalties keep the tension simmering between every confrontation.
